Historic Wedding Venue: Wabash County Museum
The Wabash County Museum has been welcoming the public for many years now and has recently been adding a wedding venue to the list of fun found at this historical spot! The Museum constantly wants to inspire children, connect families, create community engagement through an appreciation of local history, and host wedding events is the perfect way to contribute to that cause.
The Wabash County Museum is a fantastic spot with multiple options for all of your bridal journey needs. Bridal showers, Rehearsal Dinners, or even small weddings, the Wabash County Museum is a great venue option to have in your back pocket!
During regular Museum hours, the rental of the Porter Room is the perfect place for your bridal shower! The Porter room can host up to 40 guests, has space for chairs and tables and an attached small kitchen available for use! This event room is a great space for someone who has a vintage side to their style; with history plastered on the far wall, the area would look stunning with burlap, mason jars, and dusty colored decor. After your event, you and your guests are welcome to enjoy the Museum at no additional charge!
After hours, the entire Museum can be rented for a unique and spectacular venue for more significant events. Imagine your guests being able to wander the Museum during your rehearsal dinner while being served food and drink in the Porter Room. Tables and chairs can be extended out of the Porter room to provide seating for your larger group, and music can be played throughout the entire space! The Wabash County Museum is filled with small exhibits with glamorous architecture touches of white trim, classic art pieces, and fun activities for children on the second floor. Any wedding event style would look fabulous in this space, and there will be no need to fill the room with decor.
The Museum of Wabash County is a fun, unique, and memorable space that will have your guests in awe as they explore the history of Wabash within your bridal event. For more information about The Wabash County Museum, click the link here, or contact us at Wed Wabash!
